The test system is built as an independent, functional system. We get cycle times between 12 and 25 seconds per interior door. The control cabinets are integrated in the test system.<br \/>\nThe test system has a feeder side and a removal side, in between there are two test cabins. The interior doors are inserted with the exposed side (A-side) downwards and the parapet towards the worker manually in the true-to-contour images. The user software is developed in such a way that after placing the interior doors, first the Broadcast code is imported, through which the door version is determined. Based on this information, the user software independently develops the test sequence with the saved parameters and starts the test routine. All the saved values are ascertained and these are saved after the sequence in a file.<\/p>\n<p>After completion of the test, the interior doors go to the exit station and the results are summarized and displayed. If the test is OK, a \u201cgreen signal\u201d is issued and the operator can remove the interior doors. If the test is NOT OK, the errors are displayed, plus a \u201cred signal\u201d is issued and further action is decided by the operator. By using this test system, the manual audit work becomes unnecessary by almost 100%.<\/p>\n<p>The test system is operated using TFT Touchscreens at the entry\/exit (1 x keyboard and mouse are also available). The labelling of the surface is in German and it has language options. Here, only the visible surface labelling is modified. The operation is easy to understand and easy to execute. For setting-up the individual car interior doors, a user-friendly user interface is used, which allows configuration without special knowledge of image processing. Das Pr\u00fcfsystem wird als eigenst\u00e4ndiges, funktionsf\u00e4higes System aufgebaut. Wir erzielen Taktzeiten zwischen 12 und 25 Sekunden pro Innent\u00fcre. Die Steuerschaltschr\u00e4nke sind im Pr\u00fcfsystem integriert.<br \/> Das Pr\u00fcfsystem hat eine Einlege-\/ und eine Entnahmeseite, zwischendrin befinden sich zwei Pr\u00fcfkabinen. Die Innent\u00fcren werden mit der Sichtseite ( A-Seite ) nach unten und Br\u00fcstung zum Werker manuell in die konturgenauen Aufnahmen eingelegt. Die Anwendersoftware ist so aufgebaut, dass nach Einlegen der Innent\u00fcre zuerst der Broadcastcode eingelesen wird, durch den die T\u00fcrvariante bestimmt ist. Anhand dieser Information baut die Anwendersoftware dann den Pr\u00fcfablauf mit den hinterlegten Parametern selbstt\u00e4tig auf und startet die Pr\u00fcfroutine. Alle hinterlegten Werte werden ermittelt und diese nach Ablauf in eine Datei abgelegt.<\/p><p>Nach Pr\u00fcfungsabschluss f\u00e4hrt die Innent\u00fcre zur Entnahmestation und die Ergebnisse werden zusammengestellt und angezeigt. Bei einer i.O. Pr\u00fcfung wird eine \u201eGr\u00fcne Meldung\u201c ausgegeben und der Bediener kann die Innent\u00fcre entnehmen. Bei einer n.i.O. Pr\u00fcfung werden die Fehler angezeigt, zus\u00e4tzlich wird eine \u201erote Meldung\u201c ausgegeben und die weitere Vorgehensweise bestimmt der Bediener. Durch den Einsatz dieses Pr\u00fcfsystems entf\u00e4llt die manuelle Pr\u00fcft\u00e4tigkeit ca. 100%.<\/p><p>Die Bedienung des Pr\u00fcfsystems erfolgt \u00fcber TFT Touchscreen Bildschirme auf der Einlege- \/ und Entnahmeseite (1 x Tastatur und Mouse sind zus\u00e4tzlich vorhanden). Die Beschriftung der Oberfl\u00e4che ist in Deutsch und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Sprachumschaltung. Hierbei werden nur die sichtbaren Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschriftungen angepasst. Die Bedienung ist leicht verst\u00e4ndlich und leicht durchf\u00fchrbar. Zur Einrichtung der einzelnen Autoinnent\u00fcren kommt eine benutzerfreundliche Bedieneroberfl\u00e4che zum Einsatz, die die Konfiguration ohne besondere Bildverarbeitungskenntnisse erm\u00f6glicht.
