FrontCheck – Test system by L&_P GmbH

The test system is used for In-Line final check of Autofront bumpers at the end of the assembly line. The bumpers are placed manually on true-to-contour images. In the test facility, the bumpers are checked for correct manufacturing (attendance checks, surface checks and measurements) based on the respective work contract. The data recorded here is reported back to a traceability system. Reflections in case of high gloss paints are taken into consideration.

The test time (time slot for the Vision test system) for one bumper is 25 Sec. The test system is operated using a TFT Touchscreen at the entry point and exit point.
